Our dorm is located in the most beautiful neighbourhood of the “City of Four Gates”: the Jahnviertel (locally known as “Nachtjackenviertel”). From here it's just a few minutes to every important place in Neubrandenburg. See for yourself in our flight video from the dorm to the university (approx. 900 m on foot) and on the map below.
Neubrandenburg has everything you could wish for. The Kulturpark invites you to relax and barbecue, and the large Tollensesee lake warms up quickly in spring. Add to that the impressive city walls with their four gates. The main railway station and the central bus station are only a 500 m walk away.
With around 60,000 inhabitants and about 2,000 students, the city also offers an attractive nightlife with pubs, clubs and cocktail bars. Your flatmates will surely show you the best places quickly.
The dorm in Wismutstraße is in the Oststadt district, right next to Dietrich-Bonhoeffer-Klinikum Neubrandenburg and its vocational school.
