Every resident has their own furnished one-room apartment and only shares the bathroom and kitchen with their flatmates. Each room comes with a wardrobe, a bed and a desk. There is plenty of parking for cars and bikes, plus shared washing machines.

The dorm at Fritz-Reuter-Straße 17/17a is a modernised old building in the popular Jahnviertel (“Nachtjackenviertel”). The university and the city centre are just 5 minutes away. The dorm at Wismutstraße 23 is right next to Neubrandenburg hospital.
